Shipping policy

All of our golf courses and related facilities are located in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area within the United States. Additionally, all of our products are added to inventory only when we have received them. This allows for the fastest processing/shipping speed possible.

Some products and/or store spend thresholds may enable the ability to receive free shipping. For items that require paid shipping, the standard shipping rate is $5.95 per shippable item.

Items are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Some items will be shipped with tracking (i.e.: Membership package) while other may be sent within stamped envelopes (gift cards, cart cards, etc.).

If another carrier (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.) offers faster delivery, we may opt to send your package through their shipping services to get you your product as quickly as possible.

For most online orders, shipments are delivered within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.

For the 2026 & 2027 Fairways Golf Membership, orders will begin shipping by Tuesday, December 15, 2025 at the latest. This allows us to ensure each new Fairways Member receives the correct Membership Card and Bonus Items in a way that our staff is able to accurately and efficiently manage.
